How to Register
We like to keep things simple. Getting started as a new client takes just three easy steps:

Call Our Team Dial 01406 426 789 to speak directly with our receptionists. We will take a few basic details about you and your pet(s) to set up your client file.

Transfer Your Pet's History If you are moving to us from another veterinary practice, let us know who your previous vet was. With your permission, we will contact them to obtain your pet’s full medical history and vaccination records prior to your first visit.

Book Your First Visit Whether you need a routine health check, a vaccination, or a consultation for a specific concern, we will schedule a convenient time for you to come in and meet the team.
What to Bring to Your First Appointment
To help us get a complete picture of your pet’s health, please try to bring the following to your initial consultation:

Vaccination Records: Your pet's current vaccine card or booklet, if available.

Current Medications: Any ongoing prescription medications, supplements, or special diets your pet is currently taking.

Insurance Details: Your pet insurance policy information, should you wish to discuss direct claims or policy details with us.

A Secure Carrier or Lead: For the safety and comfort of all visitors, please ensure cats and small pets are in secure carriers, and dogs are kept on a short lead in the waiting room.
